Matt's update: Still working on Anatomy ontology web interface. It allows people to modify the ontology, but it is not a concrete representation of what we're trying to accomplish with the ontologies - still trying to sort out what Poul and Peter want. Matt explained some of the principles behind the web interface. It allows access to 5000 instances. He's working on grouping them together to make interesting navigation, but it's not capable of making sophisticated inferences. Shane wants something to replace AnatML. Is this the intent of the Anatomy ontology? Matt says eventually it will.

Catherine's update: Coded up more models. Asked Stephanie for a copy of the Content MathML editor, but Stephanie's not ready to release it yet. At the suggestion of Poul and David N, Catherine will ask Martyn Nash for some non-cell models to code up. Constitutive law? She will also go through the models' documentation and check the links to the publications and add PubMed IDs and links(?).

Autumn's update: Requests next week's meeting take place in the library on the 6th floor so that she can show Team CellML the latest changes to the website and get critical feedback. Will e-mail V-Cell group and get an update on their current activities.

Poul's update: Still working on Road Map.
