4) CellML API - update
Progress:
- Andrew: changed the link to the latest API doxygen documentation.
- Andrew: getting interface querying working. This is a big change and is slightly complicated in Python, working out the best way to do it.
- Andrew: made some small documentation changes.
Discussion:
- Alan: is there a tracker item to report documentation issues? There are some changes and additions to the docs that would be good.
- There was an extensive discussion about how to report and deal with documentation changes:
- Report issues directly to the tracker.
- Move to github or Google Code, and use comments.
- Set up a simplified tracker item form.
- Set up a form, linked from doxygen pages, to email a team member. They then make the tracker item.
- Possibly use a wiki instead of or as well as doxygen.
5) CellML core specs - update
Discussion:
- Andrew: waiting for feedback from Poul about the uncertainty paper. Also waiting for feedback from the community on the draft spec.
