Agenda - CellML weekly team meeting - Auckland
Agenda: 14 January 2009
- (Randall) CellML-API and DAE's, Saucerman, IDA, initial_value attribute etc. (continued)
- (Catherine) A new name for PCEnv/COR: Should we set up a voting system? We've had plenty of feedback and ideas but very little agreement! Majority rule? Or executive decision by Peter and Poul?
- (Catherine) New tutorials for the CellML website... In particular, CellML 1.1. Can I get everyone's ideas and thoughts please? Should this be based on Sarala's work? Or should it be merged with a "how-to"
regarding PMR2? And who to write this? - (Catherine) CellML workshop: I have circulated a draft programme for day 1.
Please can people respond to this? Also, I have asked Matt Halstead to come into the Institute at some point in the next month (or so) to give us all a "tutorial" on SBO, SBGN and BioPAX. I will advertise this once it is confirmed. - (James) CellML AGM - what, why, how, where, when? Consideration for inclusion in CellML Workshop schedule
- (Catherine) IRSES Application: Background explanation and allowing people the opportunity to express an interest of being a named researcher on this grant.
