2022 International CellML Workshop
The annual International CellML Workshop is an opportunity for scientists to present and discuss ongoing work related to physiological modelling and simulation with particular focus on model and data exchange & reuse, archiving, and versioning and related software support. The workshop was primarily an in-person event with local attendees able to gather in person, while following our usual practice of enabling remote participation via Zoom.
While the primary emphasis of this workshop is on CellML and related technologies, work from across the VPH & Physiome Project and computational systems biology communities are covered (SED-ML, Physiome Repository, COMBINE, reproducibility and model curation, etc.).
Location
The 2022 International CellML Workshop was held at the Waiheke Island Resort, Waiheke Island, Auckland, New Zealand.
Please note, that as per the Orange traffic light settings, masks are required on all public transport. This includes the Waiheke Island ferry and the bus to and from the workshop venue.
