Description:
We somehow ended up with: <import xlink:href="/specifications/cellml_1.1/http://www.example.com/myocyte_model.xml"> after getting the new website up. This is not what the specification used to say before we moved to the new site. See: http://web.archive.org/web/20031021063203/http://www.cellml.org/public/specification/20030930/import _model.html#fig_importing_units Since this is not really a change to the specification, but rather a reversal of an inadvertant corruption of what the specification should say, I think we should be able to change the CellML 1.1 specification without creating any problems.
