Figure 18 of the CellML 1.1 specification reads:

name="our_model.xml"
...
However, our_model.xml is not a valid value for the name attribute, because 3.4.1.2 says that the
name attribute on model must be a valid identifier by 2.2.1.
This should probably get an errata note for 1.1, and be fixed in 1.2
