The graphing specification should support more features needed for publication figures.
Specific features:
  * The ability to store scaling information (as an alternative to stating that the application
should scale to display all data).
  * The ability to set a title / legend on the graph.
  * The ability to label traces, and also to label axes.
  * Styling of lines (more than just colour). What sort of styles will we support? Line width and so
on are options.
  * The background colour on which the graph is drawn.
