Description:

At the moment the output of the model occurs at timepoints whenever the integrator 'feels like it'.
For comparison of models in PCEnv with other models it must be possible to specify output at regular
timepoints. Examples: on every second, every millisecond etc. These should not be interpolations, it
should internally run to those timepoints and spit out the result, then carry on.
Doing this manually oneself is not practical!
