Description:
Dangerous menu options like closing models or deleting components should ask for confirmation, to avoid losing data. This might also involve dirtiness flagging to determine whether a model is 'dirty' (i.e. has been changed without being saved), so we can make the dialog box be more about losing unsaved data.
