this tracker seems really flakey. continually getting site errors while browising/editing issues.

It seems to work properly at http://www.cellml.org/tools/pcenv/bugs. Perhaps something needs to be migrated to newer code?

Consistently having the behaviour now where I click on anything in the tracker and I get a site error. Then if I reload the page the expected content/action comes up.
