Opened port 80 for outgoing traffic to enable lms to reach target URLS. Tested using gocept's free lms - conection is too slow. Set up to use lms on bioeng2. Now need to review data and fix links - opening a new bug for this.

Installed lms to /usr/local/lib/lms on bieong2 Not sure if it is working correctly because a couple of its self tests failed. Registered cellml site and began crawler. Awaiting database population outcome before doing more.
