New Version of the LRd Model

A new CellML model describing the Luo-Rudy dynamic (LRd) model has been loaded into the CellML Model Repository and can be found here: http://www.cellml.org/models/faber_rudy_2000_version06.

Although this model is not entirely true to any single publication, it is largely based on the Faber-Rudy 2000 model, with the addition of a transient outward potassium current (Ito) and an updated Irel calculation.  The CellML model was largely based on the LRd07 Matlab code, which can be freely downloaded from the Rudy Research Website.

Because the current CellML Model Repository assigns a name to a CellML model based on the published article from which it was taken, in this instance it's not entirely accurate to call the model a version of the Faber and Rudy, but it is the best compromise we can think of until the release of PMR2.
