IUPS Physiome / VPH projects tools tutorial

Members of the Auckland Bioengineering Institute ran a tutorial on the Physiome / VPH projects tools at IUPS 2009 in Kyoto on the 29th of July, which attracted more than 50 people. The tutorial covered both CMGUI (a visualization tool for computational modelling) and CellML. Members of the Auckland CellML team provided hands-on assistance to attendees. The CellML portion of the tutorial introduced some of the concepts of CellML, such as the structure of a CellML model and modular modelling. The practical exercises made use of OpenCell for editing and running simulations of CellML models.
