This model needed a stimulus protocol added to it. I added the Beeler Reuter stim protocol (with all params intact,) although I changed the current units to the same units as in the adrian_chandler model. Because this paper is so old, I don't know what parameters are required, so I just kept the BR params.

This model has a complicated encapsulation system, for some reason, so I took the stim protocol out of its own component and just pasted it into the 'interface' component.

The model now functions and produces trains of action potentials. Not sure if it reproduces the results of the published paper, since the paper is not available. Uploaded modified model as version 04.
